Description
The Human Genetics module can be used to record, report and explain genetic tests in terms of input values/validation. Genes tested with corresponding OMIM codes and the number of base pairs can be recorded in this module. Frequently asked questions can also be asked in the form of gene panels. A gene panel comprises a set number of genes to be examined. These are fully supported by our OrderEntry process.

Description
With the Human Genetics module, a findings template is created as an OpenOffice document for subsequent processing. The finished findings report in OpenOffice should then be stored in the DMS as a PDF or ODT file. This facilitates the further processing of texts with external programmes.
