Medat Computersysteme GmbH was established in 1974 from the idea of capturing and mapping to optimize medical processes in the laboratory and adapt them to market requirements. Since then we have been the leading software provider in the field of laboratory information systems for human medicine laboratories.

Your tasks are:

• Installation of our LIS software on the customer’s system on site or via remote maintenance

• Preparing and holding application training courses and software training courses for our customers on site, via video conference or in our offices

• Collection of customer requirements and communication within the department, to our development and sales

• Close cooperation with our first-level support when solving support requests

• Solution and documentation of all customer inquiries in our ticket system (OTRS)

• Personal advice and support for our national and international customers (D-A-CH) by phone, E-mail, video conference or on site

• Project work and personal support for our customers

What we expect:

• Completed training as an MTA, MFA or technical training in the field of medical informatics

• Work experience in the medical field

• Ideally experience in the implementation and organization of projects

• Willingness to work in the field service

• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

• You are characterized by strong communication skills and organizational work

• Profound IT knowledge

• Ability to work reliably, independently and responsibly
